Riley Murray is an Engineer and Farmer in Augusta County, Virginia. Located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. He has worked for several large manufacturing companies for over 30 years. He has taught statistics and management science, as an adjunct instructor at local colleges. He earned both his BS and MS degrees in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering from Penn State University.

A long-term, independent voter; Riley, has decided to support the Blue team in this historic election year.

He will be reporting on the 2008 presidential election process in the battleground state of Virginia, for the Huffington Post Off-the-Bus Special Ops team.

Barack Obama came to the Harrisonburg Convocation Center at James Madison University in Va. yesterday and drew overflow crowds. More than 10,000 people waited in the brisk weather for more than 4 hours.
